Delivery and fees
Weekly delivery is offered in active Greater Montreal zones. Your address must be checked: a postal code alone does not confirm coverage. Applicable fees appear before order confirmation. Plan prices are in CAD, before delivery and taxes. Eligible promotions and the total are checked before confirmation.
Ordering conditions and changes
Every plan is a one-time order, with no subscription. Only one active order is allowed per customer for a delivery date. Before the deadline displayed in your account, you can change your dishes or request cancellation. Our team will contact you within 24 hours of a cancellation request. The request must be reviewed: it is not confirmation of cancellation or a refund. After the deadline, or for other questions, contact us with your order number.
Ingredients, allergens and preparation
Check each dish’s details for ingredients, declared allergens and available preparation instructions. Missing information does not mean a dish is allergen-free. If storage or reheating instructions are missing, ask our team before ordering. Culinary photographs labelled “AI image” are illustrative and do not show the exact meals sold.
A problem with your delivery?
Email us with your order number and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords or payment card details. Our team will review the situation; no response deadline or automatic refund is guaranteed here.
Your order information
The application uses your name, email, phone, address and instructions to prepare and manage your order and account. Your cart is saved so you can resume your selection on this device, even after your session expires. You can review and update your details and addresses in your account. Contact us about your personal information. This practical notice does not replace a complete privacy policy; retention terms and legal conditions still need to be published.
